Quilting Basics for Newbies

Join us for our new class, Quilting Basics for Newbies - 4 Class Series. In this class you will learn the skills needed to begin a successful quilt making journey. Everything from piecing with scant quarter inch seams to the final stages of binding a quilt will be covered in class.

Students will gain necessary skills while constructing a lap size scrappy quilt using pre-cut five inch squares. Materials for the quilt top, batting and binding are included in class fee.

Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machine, in good working condition, to class in order to become familiar with piecing and quilting on their particular machine (classroom machines will also be available).

Choose what class works for you:
Mondays 9 am to 12 pm (starting 4/13)
Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm (starting 4/11)

Class size is limited, so sign up early!
